Marshall Farms is a family-owned and operated organic dairy farm in Orange County, Virginia. Marshall Farms is a grazing, organic dairy farm that has been involved in the dairy industry for 40 years. Using a century old technique of milk from grass-fed cows, Marshall Farms produces a variety of cheeses that have a smooth, creamy texture not found in commercially processed cheese.

The cows graze from spring until fall on lush pastures in the beautiful Piedmont region of Virginia.In the spring, when the pastures are exploding with growth and nutritional value, we make our cheeses.The best possible natural product is produced with a process that is intertwined with the seasons.It is exciting to offer a product based on the old world methods of grazing cows.
