Farmstead Cheddar: Our Chedder is mild, white Cheddar with an incredibly creamy texture.This is the base for many of our flavored cheeses. Our Cheddar goes well with any dish or receipe calling for Cheddar cheese. The creaminess of our Cheddar allows it to melt beautifully on anything. If you want to make the best Grill cheese sandwich you have ever had, use Marshall Farms Farmstead Cheddar!! You will not be disappointed.
Garlic, Parsley & Chive Cheddar: Want to "Wow" your friends at your next get together? Serve our Garlic Cheddar. Made using our Farmstead Cheddar with bits of garlic, parsley and chives throughout, this cheese leaves a definite impression. Our Garlic, Parsley & Chive Cheddar is a good accompaniment to a fruit platter or Italian dish. Like our Cheddar it melts very well and is excellent on bread.
Bacon Cheddar: Our Bacon Cheddar cheese is an excellent addition to any sandwich and is perfect melted on a cheeseburger. Is making a sandwich too much work for you? It is perfectly OK to enjoy our cheese alone or with crackers.
Caraway Cheddar: Looking for a little more subtle and sophisticated Cheddar? Try our Caraway Cheddar. This is our Farmstead Cheddar with caraway seeds. The caraway seeds add more depth and a hint of smokiness to our already wonderful Cheddar. This cheese is excellent with a nice oak-aged chardonnay.
Black Label Aged Cheddar: (Limited Availability) A Cheddar for true Cheddar lovers. Our Farmstead Cheddar aged for a minimum of 2 years. This sharp Cheddar will make your mouth sing!
Monterey Jack: Our milk from our pasture raised dairy cows makes a Monterey Jack that has a superior creamy and buttery flavor to store bought Jacks. This creamy Monterey Jack is perhaps our best melting cheese, and that is really saying something!!
Pepper Jack: Like your Jack with a kick? This is the cheese for you! Our wonderful Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers throughout. This cheese is the perfect way to add spice to any dish. Our Pepper Jack makes some of the best quesadillas and nachos you will ever have if you can keep from eating all before you cook!
Monterey Jack with Sun Dried Tomato & Basil: Try this truly unique cheese in your salad or with crackers and a good red wine. Our Monterey Jack cheese with sun dried tomatoes and basil gives this cheese a flavor that is unrivaled.
